This month's presentation:

This month we are lucky enough to have Venu Iyer speaking about Project Crossbow in Opensolaris.

Project Crossbow is the new foundation for network virtualization and network resource management in Opensolaris.

Venu Iyer has been working on Solaris/Opensolaris networking for over 8 years now and was one of the developers involved in the Crossbow project. He is currently working on followup projects to Crossbow.

Houston OpenSolaris User Group (HUGS) has been in existence for over 19 years.

We have recently combined 3 user groups together:
(1) Houston User Group for Sun
(2) Houston Open Solaris User Group
(3) Greater Houston Open Solaris Group

We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Sun Office.
