#1: Telephony Integration
David Shauger, Vice President for Sollos Technology Solutions, will present on SugarCRM integrations with popular Asterisk based telephony solutions. Inbound/outbound telephony integration will be demonstrated during the session.

#2: Module Builder
Josh Sweeney will demonstrate how users can leverage the module builder application to extend their SugarCRM applications and integrate custom modules using web services.
