I will be teaching a vegan cooking class at the fairfax county adult edu center. If you like, I will let you know when it starts. Vegan cooking is so much fun actually because it requires creativity and using a plethora of ingredients. It is also cheaper and better than regular food. Really, I would love to tell you more.
