Task: Create a non-profit corporation so that the funds are tracked and we're not paying income tax on things that are not income.

Considerations: Can we join with an existing 501C and let them manage this? I'm concerned about the control being out of our hands in this case. So I think it's better for us to do so ourselves. But we have lots of rules to follow.
