Task: Event Day Volunteers

Assigned to: David Shah

Task: Coordinate the volunteers on the day of the event. Register volunteers BEFORE the event. Volunteers get in for free. They also help with directing folks, handing out schwag, contents and so on.

I just wanted to write a quick update- I have gone ahead and talked with a handful of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) members on campus, and they have definitely expressed interest in lending a helping hand. We have a meeting coming up next week and I plan on soliciting for volunteers at that time.
